  • Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squat +232 pts

    • 20 lb x 5 reps (+38 pts)
    • 20 lb x 5 reps (+38 pts)
    • 30 lb x 5 reps (+40 pts)
    • 30 lb x 5 reps (+40 pts)
    • 20 lb x 5 reps (+38 pts)
    • 20 lb x 5 reps (+38 pts)
    • Pretty good I guess

  • Farmer’s Walk +59 pts

    • 100’ 0” || 45 lb (+19 pts)
    • 50’ 0” || 75 lb (+20 pts)
    • 50’ 0” || 75 lb (+20 pts)
    • Done with better form than the last few times. Traps screaming.

  • Band Pull Aparts +27 pts

    • 10 reps || 1/2-inch band (+9 pts)
    • 10 reps || 1/2-inch band (+9 pts)
    • 10 reps || 1/2-inch band (+9 pts)
    • Warmup. No idea band width, but it was easy.

  • Push-Up +15 pts

    • 10 reps (+15 pts)
    • Warmup. Done super slow.

  • Pull-Up +61 pts

    • 5 reps (+31 pts)
    • 3 reps (+21 pts)
    • 1 reps (+9 pts)
    • Shoulder feeling aiight

    • 50 lb x 5 reps (+17 pts)

    • Rehab… Maybe? Dunno. Super easy. Think I might have actually done 100lbs? Dunno.

    • Testing something

  • Snatch +54 pts

    • 45 lb x 1 reps (+27 pts)

    • Just trying it because snatches look so badass.
